I think the most important amendment is the fifth amendment. I think it is the most important because you hear it on a lot of TV shows, like CSI and other crime shows. It has to do with crimes and it allows you to pass a question. That’s called “Taking the fifth” or “Pleading the fifth” It regarded as the “rights of the accused” Hey if you are reading this press on this it has all the latest stuff on the fifth amendment!! It says that twenty-eight former deputy superintendents and other officials in the police department have all taken the 5th Amendment. Also it does not say in this web site that no person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger.
